Tour Shahdag peak

The Shahdag Peak is the second highest point in the Azerbaijan (4243 meters). Mount Shahdagh, one of the peaks of the Greater Caucasus, is located in the Gusar region near the border with Russia.
The peak was first conquered in 1892 by the Russian climber and topographer Andrey Pastukhov.

First day

1.Way to Guba
2. Shopping in Guba bazaar
3. Way to Khinalig
4. Excursion in Khinalig
5. Supper
6. Accomodation in guest house or in tents.


Second day

1. Breakfast
2. Way to “Shah yaylagi” with 4x4 offroad cars
3. Lunch in the camp
4. Walking to the waterfall
5. Supper in the camp
6. Sleeping in tents


Third day

1. Breakfast (05:00 AM)
2. Way to Shahdagpeak (06:00 AM)
3. Lunch at Shahdag peak
4. Back to camp
5. Way to Baku

Required supplies from the participant side:

Bag 60-70L, mountain shoes, waterproof warm trousers and jacket (GOR-tex), walking sticks , kitchen supplies, fire, tent, headlamp, protector from dust, hat, glasses, gloves.

* Our tour is made with a maximum of 10 people.

* You need to make a reservation by registering up to 20 days before our tour.

* Reservation cancellation will be refunded up to 15 days before our tour.

* The tour guide has the right to change and cancel the tour program because of weather conditions, public events and all kinds of adversity.

* We can make tours on weekends or weekdays, for your specific groups, colleagues, friends.
